Pisces Full Moon
Though the exact full moon has passed, I'd still like to share all that we'll be navigating with this energy.
If you’ve been following me for a while then you know that full moons are all about closing a cycle and moving towards six months cycle of releasing, letting go, and wrapping up things related to the house that holds the sign of Pisces in your chart.
It’s wild to think that the Pisces new moon was six months ago. It feels like time has been passing by quickly and slowly alternating between how we experience it— but that might just be me. There are a few interesting things going on in this chart that I want to talk about it’s not so much about the Pisces Virgo axis but rather the ways that the moon is interacting with other planets in the chart.
Let’s begin by discussing the general energy of the Virgo Pisces axis in this lunation. I find that the Pisces full moon is always about coming to terms with the many worlds we straddle. Whether this is related to our identities and the worlds within us, or whether it’s related to the worlds that we must walk through around us (this can be spiritual or mundane).
This full moon is an invitation to consider the many world that you walk through and your relationship to these worlds. What about your identity are you afraid of embracing and sharing with others? Where in your life are you compartmentalizing and refusing to exist in multiple spaces at once? This full moon is an invitation to look at the many facets of yourself— to consider yourself a diamond and to think of each face that you share or hide.
This is about closing and moving towards a cycle of dissolving boundaries between these worlds. What boundaries within yourself are you ready to dissolve so that you can experience the whole of who you are? What boundaries in the life around you need to be dissolved?
Let’s discuss the Moon’s relationship to Mars. The moon is separating from a square to Mars in Gemini— this is an energy that will be experiencing multiple times since Mars will be in Gemini for a good deal of time. The square illuminates the ways in which we act unconsciously and gives us an opportunity to consider what’s the driving force behind our reactivity. What are the things that cause strong emotional reactions within us and what might we be the cause we’re afraid to acknowledge? The energy of the square is very much about taking a step back and contemplating. Play the role of a scientist, contemplate what within your unconscious is asking to come forward and to be acknowledged.
The ritual I have for subscribers is a scrying ritual (one of my favorite tools to utilize especially when we’re dealing with Pisces energy) and this can be done anytime after the full moon. We’re going to be exploring the aspects within us that are ready to come forward. This might be facets of ourselves, it might be our inner child, or it might be even related to past lives. Through this ritual, I hope you’re able to come to terms with who you’re becoming and the parts of you that you’re releasing.
I have more detailed notes on this lunation for subscribers. For $15 a month I offer at least one lunation ritual though usually two, spiritual Notion templates and ebooks, on-demand classes, and new goodies coming soon. Subscribe below.
